Happy Halloween!!

Now, some of the unenlightened would be happy to suggest that “stoners” or “potheads” are already zombies. And while that may be true for some of my fellow cannabis consumers (you know, the ones that have to be high 24 hours a day) most of us are responsible consumers. And some of us use it for a wide array of medical conditions. (Except for pain from a zombie virus, the only medicine for that is a bullet in the head)

However, what would happen if the zombie apocalypse actually happened?

A good portion of the population would succumb to the virus and many of them would be killed during the first waves of military response.

But there would be small pockets of humans surviving, scavenging and ultimately making it through the apocalypse. And when the time comes to rebuild they would be smart to find and plant as many cannabis seeds as they can get their hands on.

Why, do you ask?

Because with cannabis these survivors would be able to grow their own food, fuel, fiber, medicine and intoxicant. (Hey if you made it through an extinction level event I think it would be perfectly fine to take a load off and enjoy a few puffs of the ganja).

In fact, cannabis could be used as a form of currency and/or bartering. Remember, back in the colonial times, cannabis could be used to pay your taxes and it was against the law to NOT grow cannabis. (oh how the times have changed)

So if you find yourself handing out candy tonight to some 3 foot tall zombies or if on sunday night you are enjoying a new kick ass episode of The Walking Dead, always remember that cannabis will be an asset in the aftermath of the looming ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE!
